I needed to have a tempurpedic mattress cleaned due to urine stains and was referred to PCS by another cleaning company that could not accommodate my need to have the mattress cleaned on the 6th floor of a condo building. We were also moving from a 6th floor unit in Boulder to one in Denver. When I explained the reason for and extent of the stains, they offered to pick up the mattress in Boulder, take it to their shop, clean it, and then deliver it to the new address in Denver. They emphasized that the discoloration would likely not come out but that they would do their best. As it turns out, their best was beyond my expectations. The mattress was picked up in Boulder and returned to Denver looking practically brand new – only a slight outline of the discoloration remained. They treated it several times and worked hard to clean it over the period of almost two weeks, and still charged me the originally quoted price. It was well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend them.
